Sylvie Schöch is the manager and hostess. She will take care of scheduling and look after the quality of your reception.

Luc Léveillé is a professional cook. He will take care of your meals from breakfast to dinner according to your tastes and wishes. He also can take care of many other chores. Among many other things, he does a great stuffed cabbage and excellent fruit tarts. The only problem is that the food is so good it encourages long breaks in the recording day.

Luc is also a great guide to the area’s beautiful scenery and history. He always knows the best places to go and best things to do.

François Vachon is the founder of the Pressoir .He has spent 16 years in the studio behind consoles (or inside some of them when they breakdown), and on the stage as well.
